By accessing or using Quued, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Quued is a social media scheduling tool that connects to third-party platforms (such as Google Drive and Instagram) to help you organize, approve, and publish content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use Quued to publish content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that violates the terms of any connected third-party platform.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or connect. You grant us a limited license to process and publish that content on your behalf as part of the service.
Use of integrations such as Instagram or Google Drive is also governed by those providers' terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages in their APIs.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
