Quued ("we", "us") is a social media scheduling tool that helps brands organize, approve, and publish content. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
We collect account information you provide (name, email), workspace settings, content you upload or connect from third-party services (e.g., Google Drive, Instagram), and basic usage analytics.
When you connect Google Drive or Instagram, we receive access tokens scoped to the permissions you grant. We use these tokens only to read your media and publish posts on your behalf. You may disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations.
We use your data to operate the service: schedule and publish posts, generate captions, surface analytics, and provide customer support.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (hosting, database, AI providers), or when required by law.
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support.
